[Manually update via Verizon Wireless Software Upgrade Assistant, hereinafter referred to as Assistant tool]
Step 1: Download and install the Assistant tool into your PC.
Step 2: Connect your Samsung Galaxy Note 3 with your PC via usb cable.
Step 3: Double click the Assistant tool to load it and then it will scan for your device and the status will display Upgrade Available. Select Upgrade option to upgrade your device software now.
Step 4: Once the upgrade completed, your phone will restart itself.
